The 'Hip'py Onesie (U.S. PAT. NO. DES.  US D595,030 S)  was designed with both the harness and the spica cast in mind.  The thigh is cut high enough so that it doesn't interfere with harness straps and the long 'thong-like' piece that has a two snap closure in the front allows enough room to go over the spica cast.  The design makes for an easier diaper change too, so even once your 'hip' kid is out of their therapy, you will still get great use out of them!
