EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Refunds/exchanges will be issued for clothing not worn, altered or washed and returned in original packaging excluding custom orders. Custom orders are created based on specific measurements provided by the customer and therefore are not resaleable.  There are no returns for custom clothing orders.  Prior to return,  an email must be sent to returns@BabyHipWear.com including your invoice number and reason for return and/or replacement instructions (i.e. need a medium verse small).  Email must also include your full name, address, telephone number and email address.  A "Return Authorization" number will be emailed back to you once we receive your request.  You must include this return authorization number on the outside of the return package. 

 

Returns to BabyHipWear LLC must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase date to receive a monetary refund.  If an item is returned after the 10 day mark, it must fall within 30 days of purchase and the customer will be granted a credit to BabyHipWear which will be able to be utilized for BabyHipWear merchandise only.  Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted.

 

BabyHipWear LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end with the original shipment (i.e. if we sent a size or style other than what was ordered).  Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the buyer.  A refund for the item will be credited back to your account within 48 hours of receipt but please be aware it may take up to 4 weeks for your credit card company to issue the credit to your card.  To avoid chargeback situations, please contact your credit company prior to filing a chargeback to ensure that BabyHipWear did their part on the return process.  Once we issue the credit on our end, we will send you a confirmation email.  When shipping product back to us, please use FedEx, UPS or USPS.  It is at your discretion to utilize a tracking option, but we strongly encourage it because you will be credited only for items that are received by us. 

 

PAYMENT

All payments are processed through Paypal to ensure the highest security for your personal financial information.  Items will not ship until payment goes completely through the system.  In the event you pay
with an electronic check through Paypal, the item will not ship until the check clears.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All email addresses are for BabyHipWear LLC use only in helping communicate with the buyer.  Under no circumstances will BabyHipWear take part in spamming or any other unsolicited email services.   All emails are protected and never sold or shared with 3rd parties for resale or use.

If requested and deemed necessary by law, information from your order will be pulled to address a fraudulent transaction or chargeback.

 

BABY PHOTO RELEASE POLICY

In the event you participate in the request to send in photos of your baby in BabyHipWear clothing, you are automatically agreeing to allow the photo to appear on www.babyhipwear.com for no form of compensation.  If a photo is deemed inappropriate for the intended purpose, BabyHipWear reserves the right to refuse publication of the photo.
